The plea of despair

If I could speak, my mouth would just shut
If I could rip my heart off my chest it would not move.
If I could drain my heart from feelings and blood it would fill
Mida's cups to eternity.
I cannot stand my beard growing today, it hurts,
My soul hurts, the sun hurts, my sun hurts.
Like a flower needing light to survive, alas,
Light tears my flesh, light scratches my breath.
What would it be like in the darkness?
No peace I see, no life I see.
Light gave me life, light gave me love,
Uneventful is the world if I stay,
Meaningless time, I see my ribs imploding
and my lungs exploding.
Nothing I ask, let the universe accomplish its run
in silence, but hear my plea:
Let my light shine on me, again and again
And I will take care of her, and I will be a better man,
I will enlight my light with new energy
And I won't despise the beauty of life.
